SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by Anytime Roadside Assistance, doing business as Supreme Mobile Tire (“Supreme Mobile Tire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Program Description
Our text-messaging program provides service-related and conversational communications concerning roadside assistance and mobile tire services.
Messages may include:
- Service-request confirmations
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
- Technician dispatch notices
- Estimated arrival times
- Vehicle, tire-size, and service-location questions
- Service-status updates
- Quotes, invoices, payment links, and receipt notifications
- Customer-support responses
2. How You Opt In
You may opt in by providing your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages:
- During a telephone conversation with our staff
- In person with a dispatcher or technician
- Through an online booking, contact, or service-request form that contains SMS consent language
- Through another documented method that clearly communicates your consent
By opting in, you authorize Anytime Roadside Assistance, doing business as Supreme Mobile Tire, to send text messages to the mobile number you provided regarding your requested service and related customer support.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your service request, appointment, technician status, payment status, and communications with our staff.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent to and from us.
5. Opting Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP.
After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
Other supported opt-out keywords may include CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and OPTOUT.

7. Supported Carriers
Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy .
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You must provide a valid mobile telephone number that you control or are authorized to use. You agree to notify us if your number changes or is no longer under your control.
10. No Emergency Guarantee
Text messaging should not be relied upon as the sole means of requesting urgent or emergency assistance. If immediate emergency help is required, call 911. For urgent roadside-service questions, call our business telephone number directly.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
