Overview

Supreme Mobile Tire and Battery provides on-site mobile tire and battery services across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. By scheduling, confirming, or paying for a service, you agree to the terms below designed to ensure fair, safe, and efficient service.

Payment & Authorization

  • All payments are final once service or dispatch has begun.
  • Submitting payment confirms the transaction is legitimate and authorized.
  • Online transactions are processed via secure, encrypted systems.

Cancellations, Dispatch & Service Attempts

  • Cancellation after dispatch: A $95 fee applies if a job is canceled or refused once a technician is en route or on-site.
  • Wrong tire size / missing parts / vehicle inaccessibility: If service cannot be completed for these reasons, the full service charge applies to cover time and travel.
  • Restocking (new tires only): New tires may be refunded only if unused and not installed; a $50–$70 per tire restocking fee may apply.

Used Tires & Tire Plug Services

  • No warranty on used tires or tire plugs.
  • Used tires are sold as-is; no returns or refunds after installation or delivery.

Liability

Supreme Mobile Tire and Battery is not liable for pre-existing vehicle or wheel damage; stripped or damaged lug nuts, studs, or hubs; issues arising from prior improper installations; or hazards encountered roadside. After service, the customer is responsible for ongoing inspection and safe operation.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to payment or service shall first be resolved through mediation in Dallas, Texas before other action.
