Service Charges

• Once a technician is dispatched or on-site, service charges are final.
• If service cannot be completed due to wrong tire size, missing parts/tools, or vehicle inaccessibility, the full service charge applies.
• Cancellation after dispatch: A $95 fee applies.

Tire Refunds & Restocking

• New tires: Refundable only if unused and not installed; a $50–$70 per tire restocking fee may apply.
• Used tires: Sold as-is; no returns or refunds.
• Tire plugs/repairs: Non-refundable and carry no warranty.

Refund Requests

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the appointment. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
